About me

'We see the world, not as it is, but as we are' (Stephen R. Covey)

As a counsellor, I truly believe in this quote. Who we are shapes how we experience and interact with the world.

That's why my intention is to work with you in an open-minded, non-judgemental, and culturally respectful way to explore your experiences from your unique perspective.

Whether it's face to face, online or by phone, I offer you room to explore emotions, issues and areas of tension and disconnect that may be holding you back in your relationships, work or most importantly, how you feel about yourself.

Culturally-competent counselling

I welcome clients and enquiries from a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences. As a British Chinese woman, I understand the significance of your identity in your day to day experiences. My practice is underpinned by the values of equality, diversity and inclusion.

Practising from a rich experience

Prior to training as a counsellor, I began my career as a marketing professional, working in a variety of industries. More recently, I have worked in non-profit settings where I realised my motivation and passion lay in putting people at the heart of what I do.  My varied career has exposed me to a wide range of people, circumstances, and perspectives, which has added to the richness of my experience.
